Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kendala guru dalam \npengelolaan alat permainan edukatif (APE) Outdoor di TK Se-Gugus Teratai Kota \nBengkulu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survey dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. \nTeknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah \npopulasi dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 19 orang guru di TK Se-Gugus Teratai \nKota Bengkulu. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi dan \nangket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus rata-rata dan rumus persentase. \nKendala guru dalam pengelolaan APE Outdoor yaitu guru mengalami kendala \ndalam hal membangun dan mengatur APE Outdoor karena kurangnya APE dan \nterdapat beberapa APE Outdoor dalam keadaan yang rusak sehingga guru tidak \ndapat mengatur APE Outdoor dalam pembelajaran. Saran penelitian bagi pihak \nsekolah yaitu memperhatikan jumlah ketersediaan dan kondisi APE Outdoor agar \ntercapainya tujuan pembelajaran dalam pengelolaan APE Outdoor. \nKata Kunci: Kendala Guru, Pengelolaan, Alat Permainan Edukatif.
