Abstract
La marca cusqueña Killa Fiber, con raíces en la promoción de la cultura textil andina, ha logrado destacarse en la industria de la moda nacional. Durante la pandemia, se presentó la oportunidad de participar en el Vancouver Fashion Week, un evento que se centró en empresas innovadoras. La campaña "El arte de tejer" se desarrolló con un enfoque teórico-práctico, combinando la creatividad, el storytelling y una estrategia digital efectiva. La planificación incluyó un sólido plan de "Brand Awareness", destacando atributos y beneficios, y una estrategia visual moderna. La integración teórico-práctica se reflejó en el uso de insights y embajadores de marca para una conexión más cercana con el público. Además, se priorizó la creación de un engagement efectivo para cultivar la fidelidad de la audiencia. La estrategia se orientó hacia la recordación en la mente de los usuarios, buscando una interacción significativa y un crecimiento notable de seguidores en las diversas plataformas de redes sociales. La aceptación global en el evento internacional generó oportunidades, incrementando el valor de marca y llevando a la apertura de una sucursal digital para el público estadounidense y canadiense.
