Abstract
\n \nABSTRACT: \nIndividuals in the early adult stage may experience an ongoing emotional crisis, this emotional crisis is known as a quarter life crisis. Quarter life crisis is a condition experienced by individuals in the age range of 20 years who feel anxious, doubt their own abilities, feel they have no purpose, and experience an emotional crisis about their future. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of emotional regulation and family support on quarter life crises in UIN Walisongo Semarang students. The subjects in this study were 345 students of UIN Walisongo Semarang. The sampling technique used in this study used a non-probability sampling technique, with the type of sampling using convenience sampling. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a causal research approach. In this study using a scale as a measuring tool with three scales consisting of the quarter life crisis scale, the emotional regulation scale, and the family support scale. Data were analyzed using the method of testing assumptions and testing hypotheses. The assumption test consists of a normality test, linearity test, and multicollinearity test. Meanwhile, to test the hypothesis using multiple linear regression test. The results of testing the three hypotheses in this study indicate that there is an effect of emotional regulation on quarter life crises in UIN Walisongo Semarang students with a significance value of 0.000, there is an effect of family support on quarter life crises at UIN Walisongo Semarang students with a significance value of 0.004, and there is an influence of emotional regulation and family support for the quarter life crisis of UIN Walisongo Semarang students with a significance value of 0.000. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of emotional regulation and family support on quarter life crises of 43.8%.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
