ABR ÉG ÉDe plus en plus, les jeux vidéo modernes emploient des moteurs physiques pour améliorer leur réalisme et leurs capacités interactives.Généralement, les moteurs physiques sont employés pour l'animation d'objets inertes, alors que les personnages de jeu sont animés de façon cinématique (images clés, capture du mouvement).Ces animations orientées données souffrent d'un manque de versatilité et de réalisme lorsque l'on considère les environnements riches qu'habitent les personnages.Pour atténuer ces problèmes, une solution possible est le développement de contrôleurs physiques animant les personnages via une simulation physique dite active.Nous proposons un cadre d'apprentissage par renforcement pour le contrôle physique de personnages virtuels.Nos contrôleurs sont représentés par l'acteur dans une architecture acteur-critique où ces deux composantes sont implémentées par des réseaux neuronaux.Nous optimisons notre architecture avec la méthode sans Hessian d'optimisation en région de confiance, en utilisant un estimé généralisé de la fonction d'avantage.De plus, nous employons la répétition uniforme de l'expérience pour obtenir une meilleure performance d'apprentissage.Nous entraînons notre architecture en deux étapes.Nous commençons par apprendre un contrôleur initial pour un personnage simplifié.Ensuite, nous utilisons le transfert d'apprentissage hiérarchique pour apprendre un contrôleur complet à partir du contrôleur initial.Nos contrôleurs apprennent à générer des torques en fonction de la cinématique du personnage.Ainsi, ils maintiennent en position debout un personnage 3D à forme humaine ayant 27 degrés de liberté.Nos contributions principales sont les suivantes.Premièrement, nous entraînons des contrôleurs physiques à plusieurs dimensions par apprentissage par renforcement exclusivement, un problème de recherche dans ses balbutiements.En outre, nous le faisons dans un moteur physique orienté jeu vidéo, ce qui est peu utilisé pour l'animation physique de v personnages.De plus, nous améliorons la performance de notre architecture acteur-critique par une nouvelle stratégie d'exploration, la répétition uniforme de l'expérience et le transfert d'apprentissage.
