PENDEKATAN CALGARY FAMILY INTERVENTION MODEL (CFIM) TENTANG PENCEGAHAN FOOD BORNE DISEASE DAN SELF CARE AGENCY ANAK

Abstract
Food borne disease (FED) adalah penyakit melalui konsumsi makanan terkontaminasi. Masalah yang teljadi, FED rentan menyerang anak sekolah karena kontaminasi makanan rumah tangga. Hal ini mengindikasikan hygiene keluarga sebagai food handler utama (ibu) yang menyiapkan makanan masih perlu peningkatan. Keadaan ini didukung kemandirian anak (self care agency) dalam perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) di sekolah. Keluarga berperan dalam menanamkan nilai perilaku kesehatan. FBD perlu dicegah untuk meningkatkan status kesehatan anak. Rancangan penelitian pre eksperiment one group pre post test design dengan sampel35 responden yaitu orangtua beserta siswa kelas 4 (17 orang) dan 5 (18 orang) di SDN. Jatirejoyoso Kepanjen melalui teknik sampling purposive. Data yang diambil demografi, CFAM (Calgary Family Asessment Model), pengetahuan, sikap, praktik keluarga dan self care agency anak dalam PHBS di sekolah. Analisa data Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test dengan u 0.05. Hasil penelitian ada peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap keluarga dengan p value=O.OO, praktik keluarga dan self care agency anak tidak mengalami perubahan setelah dilakukan intervensi CFIM selama 4 sesi dengan p value masing-masing p=l dan 0.796. CFAM pada komponen fungsional tentang akivitas sehari-hari sebagian besar kurang sehingga mempengaruhi praktik yang tidak mengalami perubahan. Sedangkan self care agency anak dipengaruhi lingkungan sekolah seperti keterjangkauan j ajanan. Tenaga kesehatan diharapkan mengoptimalkan program UKS (Unit Kesehatan Sekolah) untuk memberikan pendidikan tentang PHBS kepada komunitas sekolah (murid, guru dan karyawan) dan pendampingan keluarga melalui kader. Sedangkan sekolah diharapkan menerapkan kebijakan sebagai upaya peningkatan kesehatan.
