Abstract
Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda yang sederhana. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah 40 responden dan menggunakan metode survey melalui kuesioner. Hasil enelitian \npada 40 responden menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kualitas produk dan pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan adalah 86%. \nPenulis membuat metodologi regresi berganda untuk endapatkan jawaban tersebut, dan ternyata hasilnya adalah yang didapatkan bahwa faktor -faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumen Perdana Swalayan Medan adalah bahwa 86% produk dan pelayanan mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen \nPerdana Swalayan dan sisanya 14% yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam model penelitian ini. \nHasil penelitian statistik secara simultan bahwa F- hitung > F- tabel atau 114,068 > 2,36, atau nilai \np-value adalah 0,000 pada kolom sig. < level of significant (α) 5% maka terdapat pengaruh secara \nsimultan antara produk dan pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Perdana Swalayan atau Ho \nditolak. \nHasil secara parsial bahwa semua dari masing-masing variabel diperoleh t hitung produk < t tabel \natau 1,349 < 2,0423. Dari hasil uji t tersebut, diperoleh bahwa Ho diterima dan t hitung pelayanan = \n9,652 maka diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau 9,652 > 2,0423. Dari hasil uji t tersebut diperoleh, bahwa \nHo ditolak, artinya yang menjadi faktor utama dalam meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen adalah \nvariabel pelayanan.
