Abstract
l avance actual de la tecnología y sobe todo la presencia de Internet en la vida diaria, presentan un reto a las empresas y una oportunidad de alcanzar mayor competitividad, a la vez que les permite ingresar a la nueva forma de hacer negocios y alcanzar la globalización, características de respuesta a los retos de principios del nuevo milenio con el uso adecuado de las nuevas tecnologías. No es posible ser competitivo en la actualidad ignorando internet, sea desde el punto de vista empresarial como una forma \nalternativa o complementaria de vender lo que sabemos hacer, o desde el punto de vista personal para conseguir mejores oportunidades de trabajo, artículos más baratos, libros más rápidos, mejor acceso a la educación, al entretenimiento, a la información, al mapa de la ciudad perdida o al catálogo de la ropa de moda. La importancia de este curso radica en que ayuda a entender este nuevo mundo de los bits & bytes y nos permite desarrollar habilidades para el uso de algunas de las nuevas posibilidades. Al final del curso los alumnos podrán: Incrementar su nivel de conocimientos en el ámbito de los negocios electrónicos. Identificar oportunidades para nuevas formas de hacer negocios. Diseñar una estrategia de negocios con el uso de la tecnología internet. Conocer experiencias locales de empresas electrónicas.
