Bu başlık altında hazırlamış olduğum tez, toplam dört bölümden oluşmaktadır.\n\t\nTezin giriş bölümünde, insanoğlunun temel ihtiyaçları olan beslenme ve barınmanın ne kadar önemli olduğu Cumhuriyetin ilanından sonra Türkiye'de konutların durumu ve gelişim süreci hakkında genel bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır.\n\t\nBirinci Bölümde; Konut Kooperatifçiliğinin daha kolay anlaşılabilmesi için kooperatifçilik hakkında genel bir bilgi verdim. Genel olarak kooperatifçiliğin anlamı, kapsamı, doğuşu, gelişimi, Türkiye'deki tarihsel gelişimi, kooperatiflerin çeşitleri, kooperatiflerin ilkeleri, devlet ile kooperatiflerin ilişkileri, kooperatiflerin özellikleri, kooperatiflerin ülke ekonomisine ve bireylere sağlayacağı yararlar hakkında genel bir bilgi verilmiştir.\n\t\nİkinci bölümde; genel olarak konut kooperatifçiliğinin anlamı, kapsamı, doğuşu, gelişimi, konut kooperatiflerinin genel kooperatifçilik içindeki yeri, konut kooperatiflerinin faydaları, genel kooperatifçilik ilkelerinin konut kooperatiflerince uygulanması, dünyada ve Türkiye'de konut kooperatifçiliğinin gelişimi, bazı ülkelerdeki konut kooperatifçiliğini belirten genel bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır.\n\t\nÜçüncü bölümde; Türkiye'de konut sorunu ve bu konut sorununa alternatif çözüm olarak konut kooperatifçiliği hakkında genel bir bilgi verilmiştir. Türkiye'deki konut sorunun nedenleri, konut sorununun farklı yönleri, barınma şartları, gecekondulaşma, konut kooperatifçiliğini destekleyen konut politikaları, planlı dönem öncesi ve planlı dönem uygulamaları, konut kooperatiflerinin Türkiye'deki yasal durumu, kooperatiflerin finansman kaynakları, toplu konut fonu ile ilgili genel bir bilgi verilmiştir.\n\t\nDördüncü bölümde ise, Türkiye'deki konut piyasası ve konut sektörünün ekonomideki yeri, konut arzını ve talebini etkileyen faktörler, konut üretimindeki sektörler ve istatistiklere yer verilmiştir. Bu bölüm sonunda konut kooperatiflerinin yapımının kolaylaştırılması yönünde toplam yedi adet öneri sunulmuştur.\n\t\nSonuç olarak, Türkiye'deki mevcut konutların genel olarak değerlendirilmesi, alternatif çözüm olarak toplu konutların ve konut kooperatiflerinin sağlayacağı yararlar belirtilmiştir. \n\nEn sonda ise bu tezin hazırlanmasında yararlanılan kaynaklar belirtilmiştir.\n\nABSTRACT\n\nHOUSING COOPERATIVE AND HOUSING PROBLEM IN TURKEY\n\nThe these is that I prepared below this title consists four section.\n\nIn the introduction section , how sheltering and nourishment is important for the human beings and summary of the housing conditions and a development progress of housing after the announcement of Republic of Turkey has been done. \nIn the first section I've given some information about housing cooperative. İn general the meaning of cooperative, its birth, development, historical development in Turkey, cooperative kinds, cooperative principals, relationship between state and cooperatives, advantages to individuals and country's economy.\n\nIn the second section, in general there has been a criticism about the meaning of housing cooperative, embrace, birth, developing, the position of housing cooperative in in general cooterative, the advantages of housing cooperative, put into practice the principles of general cooperarives to housing cooperatives, development of housing cooperative in the world and Turkey, and some other contry's housing cooperatives.\n\nIn the third section, there has been given some informations about housing problem in Turkey. A general information has been given about the reasons of housing problem, the different aspects of housing problem, nourishment conditions, squetter's housing, residence policy that supports housing cooperative, planned term and previous planned term feasibilities, legality of Turkey's housing cooperative, financal sources of cooperatives and housing development fund.\n\nIn the fourth section, Turkey's housing market, housing sectory in economy, presentation and demanding factors that affects housing, sectors of housing producement and statistics were given.\n\nIn the conculusion section, a summarise of Turkey's housing at the present in general, as an alternative solution housing development and housing cooperatives advantages were clarified.\n \nAt last a bibliography, of this thesis was given during the preperation.
