Abstract
La investigación se realizó en la Unidad Educativa Herlinda Toral con la finalidad de \nidentificar los conocimientos, actitudes y prácticas del personal docente frente a la \nreproducción de estereotipos de género. Dado que, se determinó la carencia de un enfoque \nde género y tranversalización de este en los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje; más \naún, como los estereotipos de género han estado presentes en la educación y han pasado \ndesapercibidos al momento en que se educa a estudiantes, naturalizando actitudes guiadas \npor constructos sociales. \nPor lo cual, se llevó a cabo una metodología cuantitativa apoyada en una encuesta de \nconocimientos actitudes y prácticas CAP, que permitió recoger datos frente a la reproducción \nde estereotipos de género, por lo que para su consecución se trabajó con 75 docentes \ncomprendidos entre las jornadas matutina y vespertina. \nLos resultados obtenidos en la investigación evidencian que las y los docentes desconocen \nsobre que es género, ya que se lo confunde como el sexo de mujeres y hombres; así \ntambién, muestran un trato diferente para cada sexo en el aula de clases; es decir un trato \ndelicado a las mujeres, pero a los hombres sin rudeza. Adicionalmente, se reflejó que \ndocentes consideran a la literatura que utiliza para impartir clases libre de todo estereotipo de \ngénero, sin identificar de manera clara que son.
