Abstract
El presente trabajo de fin de grado tiene como objetivo realizar una revisión teórica de cómo afecta el uso de las pantallas al sueño en la infancia. En los últimos años, el uso de pantallas y de dispositivos electrónicos se ha convertido en algo omnipresente en la sociedad, invadiendo el tiempo libre de los niños y niñas. El consumo de estos aparatos electrónicos se ve influenciado por la actitud que muestran los padres ante ellos. Ya hay estudios que realizan hipótesis sobre las perturbaciones que causa el uso de estos aparatos tecnológicos en el desarrollo social, emocional y cognitivo, además de verse afectado el sueño, algo crucial para el buen desarrollo infantil.<br />Para profundizar más en el tema, se ha seleccionado la información más importante sobre el sueño en la infancia, el uso de los dispositivos electrónicos y la repercusión que tienen estos en los ciclos del sueño, principalmente en los primeros años de vida de 0 a 6 años.<br />Por último, se exponen las conclusiones sobre los diferentes temas tratados en el documento.<br /><br />
