Abstract
[es] En el presente Trabajo Fin de Grado se ha realizado el estudio de eficiencia energética de un edificio del patrimonio arquitectónico no residencial en la ciudad de Valencia, así como la comprobación del cumplimiento o incumplimiento de los requisitos mínimos establecidos en el Código Técnico de la Edificación (CTE) en su Documento Básico de Ahorro de Energía (DB-HE). Esto a pesar de que el Real Decreto 235/2013 excluye de la obligatoriedad de certificarse a aquellos edificios o monumentos protegidos oficialmente por ser parte de un entorno declarado o en razón de su particular valor arquitectónico o histórico. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo el estudio de la eficiencia energética del Palacio del Almudín mediante la aplicación informática CE3X, enfocado a aquellos edificios del patrimonio en función de sus características o propiedades, para establecer soluciones a los problemas que puedan emerger, poner en marcha y fomentar sistemas de mejora para otros edificios de similares características al edificio de referencia. Otros objetivos son interpretar las diferentes normativas de aplicación en lo referente a la eficiencia energética de los edificios y evaluar el edificio, su composición, dimensiones, los diferentes subsistemas constructivos que lo forman, así como sus instalaciones de calefacción, refrigeración e iluminación, a fin de realizar una correcta descripción y estudio de este.
