Hubungan Derajat Radiologis OA terhadap Tingkat Keterbatasan Status Fungsional terhadap Pasien OA Lutut

Abstract
Osteoartritis (OA) adalah penyakit sendi degeneratif yang ditandai dengan munculnya beberapa gejala klinis akibat gangguan pada jaringan sendi. Gejala yang timbul terutama disebabkan oleh kerusakan tulang rawan sendi yang menyebabkan rasa nyeri, bengkak, dan kekakuan di sekitar sendi. Hal tersebut menyebabkan penurunan aktivitas fisik pada penderita OA yang membuat adanya keterbatasan pada status fungsional penderita OA. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan antara status fungsional terhadap gambaran radiologis guna memahami lebih dalam mengenai onset dan progresivitas penyakit. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatan desain cross-sectional menggunakan data primer berupa kuesioner WOMAC (Western Ontario and McMaster University) dan data sekunder berupa foto rontgen sendi lutut pasien OA lutut. Pada penelitian ini tercatat 80 pasien OA lutut yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi di Poliklinik RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang, RS Naili DBS Padang, dan Semen Padang Hospital. Data yang sudah diperoleh kemudian akan dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson Chi-square. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, mayoritas responden berusia 60-74 tahun (51,3%), berjenis kelamin perempuan (87,5%), ibu rumah tangga (76,3%), IMT overweight menurut klasifikasi Asia Pasific (65%), OA unilateral dextra (53,8%), OA derajat 3 (37,5%), dan keterbatasan kemampuan fisik ringan (58,8%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara derajat radiologis OA terhadap status fungsional pada pasien OA sendi lutut (p-value = 0,007).
