Abstract
La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la evolución de las exportaciones de quinua \nen el contexto del TLC Perú- Canadá 2001 al 2017. El enfoque desarrollado fue cuantitativo, \ncon diseño no experimental-Longitudinal, de nivel descriptivo, debido a que los datos son \nex post facto, los cuales fueron organizados en una sola variable sobre la exportación. Para \nel análisis se eligió el producto quinua, obteniéndose a partir de ello datos sobre el valor, el \nprecio y volumen de exportación. Los datos presentados fueron realizados mediante el uso \nde tablas y gráficos de dispersión, donde indica la tendencia en el periodo tomando como \nreferencia los siguientes indicadores valor, el precio y volumen de exportación. Se concluyó \nen que la exportación de Quinua en el contexto del TLC Perú- Canadá, 2001 al 2017 ha \ntenido una tendencia creciente, debido a la alta demanda que existe por parte del mercado \ncanadiense y el gran hábito de consumo saludable que presentan dichas personas, en relación \nal grano andino, ello ha sido reflejado en el incremento de las exportaciones año a año e \nincrementando más aun, una vez entrado en vigor el TLC entre Perú – Canadá, por los \nimportantes temas pactados en dicho acuerdo.
