Abstract
This research was motivated by the facts found in the field that the leadership of the Deputy for Education and Training of the Pancasila Ideology Development Agency was not optimal due to the tumpeng piercing between staff. This contribution is interesting to study because the Pancasila Ideology Development Agency as a state institution that has a strategic position is expected to make an important and concrete contribution, especially strengthening the Pancasila Ideology. \nThis type of research uses qualitative research with a critical-analysis approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation which were carried out from July to October 2022 located at the Pancasila Ideology Development Agency (BPIP) which is supported by various primary and secondary data sources. The analysis was carried out by reducing data, presenting data, verifying and concluding and testing the validity of the data through data triangulation. \nThis study shows that: (1) Efforts are made with a system of dividing shifts based on workshifting bay jobin maximizing jobdes through the tasks and functions given in accordance with field positions (2) Develop programs through capacity building based upgrading by jobso that a good work and coordination system can be built in the Directorate of Training Implementation (3) The key to success Based on the 2022 performance target is 45%, which is measured by comparing the number of training graduates who actualize Pancasila values in their communities with the number of training participants who participating in PIP training until the third quarter of 2022, the Directorate of Education and Training Implementation succeeded in realizing 100% of the target, where out of 507 training graduates 100% had actualized Pancasila values in their communities, as evidenced by actualization reports reported by graduates training.
