« Les deux cent six grands arrêts de la Cour constitutionnelle que lâéquipe dirigée par Charles-Ãric Clesse a sélectionnés, analysés et commentés â avec une grande liberté de ton, ce qui nâest certainement pas une critique â fournissent les matériaux qui permettront de réaliser à tête reposée ce travail de synthèse en droit social. Ils contribueront aussi à faire sortir la jurisprudence de la Cour dâun domaine parfois réservé à ce que le coordonnateur des travaux appelle gentiment "une caste restreinte de juristes". Il faut se réjouir sans réserve de cette ouverture dâesprit ».
