Abstract
Cet ouvrage regroupe une version élaborée des textes, en français ou en anglais, des conférences prononcées dans le cadre de la cinquième édition de la conférence nationale en droit de la santé, tenue à Montréal en 2009. Sous le thème des Grands défis en droit et politiques de la santé, des experts canadiens en provenance de plusieurs disciplines (droit, éthique, médecine, politiques et soins infirmiers) ont présenté leur vision sur six grandes catégories d’enjeux ou de populations identifiées comme représentant des défis majeurs pour les années à venir : 1) les grands défis à l’égard des populations vulnérables et marginalisées ;2) les grands défis de gouvernance et d’imputabilité dans les systèmes de santé ;3) les grands défis liés à l’innovation, la technologie et l’information ;4) les grands défis liés à l’expertise et la preuve en politiques de la santé ;5) les grands défis liés à la santé publique et les déterminants sociaux ;6) les grands défis de privatisation et de commercialisation.
