PENGARUH DUKUNGAN SOSIAL TERHADAP QUARTER LIFE CRISIS PADA MAHASISWA TINGKAT AKHIR UIN SAYYID ALI RAHMATULLOH TULUNGAGUNG

Abstract
ABSTRAK \nQuarter life crisis merupakan keadaan yang sering dialami saat seseorang berusia 20-an tahun, dimana kurangnya persiapan masa peralihan antara remaja dan dewasa. Dengan banyaknya pilihan dan harapan-harapan yang dihadapi Mahasiswa Tingkat Akhir yang membuatnya merasakan kecemasan. Peneliti berasumsi bahwa dukungan sosial dapat memberikan efek yang positif kepada individu yang mengalami quarter life crisis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial dengan quarter life crisis yang dialami oleh Mahasiswa Tingkat Akhir UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif berjenis kausal komparatif. Metode pengumpulan sampel menggunakan non probability dengan jenis snow ball sampling. Hal ini dikarenakan untuk mencari pengaruh variable X terhadap variable Y. Data didapatkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada angkatan semester akhir tahun 2015,2016, 2017, 2018. Data diolah dengan aplikasi statistik SPSS IBM Ver.21. Hasil yang diperoleh dari 350 subjek dengan presentase sebesar 54,9 % mengalami quarter life crisis pada tingkatan sedang. Sedangkan untuk dukungan sosial berada pada presentase 56,9 % dengan tingkatan tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil yang dilakukan melalui regresi linier sederhana dengan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05) dengan determinasi koefisien sebesar 3,6 %. Sehingga hipotesis yang dirumuskan peneliti memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan antara Dungan sosial terhadap quarter life crisis pada Mahasiswa Tingkat Akhir UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. \nKata kunci : Dukungan sosial, quarter life crisis, mahasiswa
