La question de la coexistence des doublages québécois et français ne manque jamais de susciter de fortes réactions. Dans le présent travail, nous abordons cette question en nous intéressant plus précisément au doublage des dessins animés. Il s'agit de déterminer si l'existence d'un doublage québécois se justifie d'un point de vue linguistique et culturel. Après avoir défini quelles sont les productions qui disposent d'un doublage québécois ainsi que les différences de stratégie qui existent entre les doublages produits en France et ceux réalisés au Québec, une analyse d'extraits permet d'observer les divergences qui se présentent dans le traitement de différents problèmes d'ordre traductologique et d'étudier si celles-ci se fondent sur une différence culturelle.
