L'introduction en officine des autotests à visée diagnostique est un phénomène récent en Belgique. Les autotests peuvent être considérés comme un moyen de responsabiliser les patients et de les aider à prendre des décisions éclairées sur leur santé, ils représentent également un défi pour la relation de soins : en premier lieu, la relation entre le patient et les professionnels de santé, et en second lieu celle entre les pharmaciens et les médecins généralistes. Cette recherche visait à explorer comment ce nouvel élément controversé du système de santé influence les relations de soins. Une recherche exploratoire qualitative a été menée par entretiens semi-directifs auprès de 17 patients, 25 médecins, 16 pharmaciens de la région de Bruxelles Capital. Elle vise à obtenir une vue d'ensemble des relations actuelles patient-médecin-pharmacien, explorer comment les patients et les professionnels de santé perçoivent les autotests et comprendre les changements perçus dans la relation entre les patients et les professionnels de santé ainsi qu’entre les professionnels de santé suite à l'introduction des autotests en pharmacie. Les entretiens ont été menés d'août 2018 à juin 2019. les entretiens ont été entièrement retranscrits et codés selon un systèmes de catégorisation mixte. Une analyse thématique a été réalisée. Les autotests à visée diagnostique n'ont pas été un succès sur le plan du volume des ventes, ils questionnent toutefois des relations, qui massivement ne sont pas encore partenariales. le présent dossier comprend le rapport de recherche, une synthèse par groupe (patients, médecins, pharmaciens), une synthèse des résultats et des recommandations. La synthèse et les recommandations sont également proposés séparément.
