O presente relatório surge como requisito necessário à obtenção do grau de Mestre em Gestão do Turismo e Hotelaria, tendo como principal objectivo a compreensão do processo de recrutamento nas organizações, ao mesmo tempo que é utilizada, como exemplo e caso de estudo, a empresa Tox’Inn Marketing Promocional, no âmbito de um estágio curricular, decorrido entre Setembro de 2016 e Fevereiro de 2017, que visou o aperfeiçoamento e obtenção de novas formas de recrutamento de promotores. Neste sentido, para além da apresentação da entidade acolhedora do estágio, será feita uma exposição dos seus métodos de selecção de pessoas, observados através de eventos reais e experienciados, aprofundando principalmente a gestão da Base de Dados, estratégias de comunicação para atração de potenciais candidatos, o método de entrevista, castings e selecção de candidatos para acções específicas. São também evidenciadas propostas de soluções face ao tipo desafios e problemas do dia-a-dia empresarial. No final, constatou-se que a empresa possui métodos próprios de recrutamentos não recorrendo a empresas externas como sugerem alguns do autores nomeados na revisão bibliográfica. Apesar da eficácia demonstrada, o recrutamento de uma nova account para a zona de Évora como solução para a dinamização dos distritos de Beja, Évora, Portalegre e Setúbal, evitaria a deslocação de qualquer elemento da sede em Lisboa para o efeito, aumentando assim a eficiência e a eficácia desejadas para a região do Alentejo e por consequência do aumento de disponibilidade, também para a região de Lisboa.
