Abstract
Ce document présente l’ensemble de mon travail au sein de CoeurWay, une entreprise basée à Chicoutimi. L’entreprise a pour objectif de créer une application visant à aider les professionnels de la santé en leur faisant gagner du temps lors des rencontres avec les patients. Le projet d’intervention que j’ai réalisé chez CoeurWay visait à améliorer le fonctionnement en interne de l’entreprise en effectuant une transition entre leur ancien Workflow et le nouveau à mettre en place. En effet, malgré la jeunesse du projet, CoeurWay se trouvait dans une situation où le workflow qui avait été mis en place au départ ne correspondait plus aux attentes et aux réels besoins de l’entreprise. Le projet avait donc comme objectif principal de mettre en place le nouveau workflow afin qu’il soit fonctionnel pour les employés de chez CoeurWay et qu’ils puissent rester efficaces dans leur gestion des tâches. \nL’objectif secondaire du projet d’intervention était d’avancer au maximum sur l’intégration des logiciels utilisés par l’entreprise à l’intérieur du workflow afin de réduire le nombre de tâches à réaliser manuellement par les employés. Cela a pour but de maximiser la productivité des employés et de faciliter la création de tâches ainsi que leur visibilité associée.
