Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan deskriptif kesesuaian spesialisasi organisasi dan kesesuaian dana-peralatan pada tata kelja, serta pengeruh ketidak sesuaiannya terhadap tujuan Dinas Pertanahan Kabupaten Nunukan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang dilaksankana pada Dinas Pertanahan Kabupaten Nunukan. Untuk informan pada penelitian ini adalah unsur pejabat struktural Dinas Pertanahan Kabupaten Nunukan, serta sebagai informan kunci adalah Kepala Dinas Pertanahan Kabupaten Nunukan. Dinas Pertanahan merupakan organisasi yang dibentuk tujuan meyelesaikan urusan pertanahan di Kabupaten Nunukan. Dinas Pertanahan merupakan struktur birokrasi pemerintah dengan tipe organisasi kecil (tipe-C) dengan unsure pemnbentuknya berupa regulasi pusat dan regulasi daerah dan dititipkan tugas-fungsi yang diuraikan untuk tiap-tiap struktur Dinas. Tata kerja Dinas Pertanahan Kabupaten Nunukan pelaksanaan dari uraian \ntupoksi struktur Dinas. Dimana untuk pekerjaan pada Dinas tetap dilaksanakan walaupun belum semua teknis memiliki tata cara pekerjaan atau standar prosedur pekerjaannya. \nKemudian dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa diakui terdapat sedikit ketidak-sesuaian tupoksi struktur Dinas dengan nama strukturnya, dan hampir semua bidang (struktur) teknis Dinas belum memiliki panduan tata cara pelaksanaan pekerjaan.
