Les jumeaux numériques gagnent en popularité pour simuler des environnements naturels et urbains complexes. Dans ce contexte, une segmentation précise des objets au sein d'environnements urbains 3D revêt une importance cruciale. L'objectif de ce projet est de développer une méthodologie pour extraire les bâtiments à partir de maillages texturés. Pour ce faire, PicassoNet-II, un modèle de segmentation sémantique, est employé. La méthodologie intègre également une analyse contextuelle basée sur les champs de Markov pour évaluer les caractéristiques post-segmentation. De plus, l'instanciation des bâtiments s'effectue grâce à des algorithmes d'analyse par cluster. L'entraînement de ce modèle pour qu'il s'adapte à divers ensembles de données requiert une grande quantité de données annotées, issues à la fois de la ville de Québec, Canada, et de données simulées. Les résultats expérimentaux démontrent que l'utilisation de données simulées améliore significativement la précision de la segmentation, et l'algorithme DBScan se révèle efficace pour extraire les bâtiments isolés. Ce projet ouvre la voie à des applications améliorées dans la modélisation urbaine 3D, offrant des opportunités dans des domaines allant de la planification urbaine à la gestion des ressources. Les résultats positifs avec des données simulées renforcent l'impact de cette recherche sur l'amélioration des modèles numériques de nos environnements urbains en constante évolution.
