Bibliographic record
Abstract
Os resultados da modelação mostram que a ação combinada da onda de maré e do escoamento superficial é condicionante até 490m da foz, devendo ser tida em consideração na determinação do período de retorno de inundações em zonas costeiras e estuarinas; Abstract: Definition of the return period (TR) for delimitation of flood areas-study of the combined action of the tide and runoff In areas with a high population density and greater risk of flooding due to proximity to the sea, the increase of human, economic and social losses is expected. By delimitating the areas liable to flood, the risk areas can be identified. The situation of the downstream boundary being affected by the fluctuation of the tide level is not always considered. This investigation presents the case study of the Ribeira da Canada, consisting of a simulation in which surface runoff and high tide occur simultaneously. The study clearly demonstrates that the delimitation of areas liable to flooding should not be based only on surface runoff from the drainage basins. The modelling results shows that the combined action of the tide wave and surface drainage can affect an area up to 490m from the river’s outlet and must be considered when determining the flood return period in the coastal and estuarine areas.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
