Abstract
En este Trabajo de Fin de Máster se analizará la tributación de las aportaciones realizadas a la Mutualidad de la Abogacía, así como de las prestaciones percibidas de ésta, por parte de los abogados que ejercen la profesión por cuenta propia. Para ello, en primer lugar, se estudiará qué es la Mutualidad de la Abogacía y las diferencias entre estar adscrito a dicha Mutualidad, estar inscrito y dado de alta en la Seguridad Social, o estar en ambos de forma complementaria. Una vez analizadas las diversas opciones que tienen los abogados ejercientes por cuenta propia, procederemos a analizar cómo tributan los honorarios percibidos por éstos en el ejercicio de su profesión, centrándonos en los abogados ejercientes por cuenta propia. \nSeguidamente, se examinará la incidencia en la tributación del abogado de las aportaciones realizadas a la Mutualidad, diferenciando en función de si la Mutualidad funciona como sistema alternativo o como sistema complementario del Régimen Especial de Trabajadores Autónomos de la Seguridad Social. Por último, se analizará la incidencia en la tributación de las prestaciones percibidas de la Mutualidad, tanto a lo largo de la vida profesional del abogado, como una vez alcanzada la edad de jubilación.
