Abstract
Lärdomsprovet är gjort som en kunskapsöversikt för att öka kunskap om hur anpassa idrott till vuxna och seniorer med muskeldystrofi. Muskeldystrofi är en sällsynt sjukdom som utvecklasprogressivt och leder till att musklerna successivt förtvinar. Lärdomsprovet inkluderas i projektet “Stödjande livsmiljöer för seniorer.” Denna forskning hade teoretiska referensramen hälsopro motion som WHO har definierat i Ottawa Charter 1986. Studien består av två frågeställningar: 1. Hur bör man anpassa idrott till vuxna och seniorer med muskeldystrofi? 2. Hur påverkar fysisk aktivitet på individer med muskeldystrofi? Studien är gjord som en systematisk litteraturstudie och inkluderar nio kvalitetsgranskade artiklar från tidsperioden 2013–2020. Artiklarna analyse rades med hjälp av en kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Resultaten visade att lågintensiv träning lämpar sig för de flesta muskeldystrofigrupperna och excentrisk träning bör undvikas. Effekten av fysisk aktivitet har en positiv riktlinje, resultaten av detta lärdomsprov kan användas som bas för plane ring. Genom att öka förståelse av sjukdomen till idrottsinstruktörer, har de lättare att erbjuda fy sisk aktivitet och via det kan vi öka känslan av delaktighet och integration hos seniorer med muskeldystrofi.
