El estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación TICs, y el Presupuesto Participativo PP, desde la percepción de los representantes de la sociedad civil organizada en la provincia de Talara. La presente investigación, presente una metodología, correlacional causal, tiene un enfoque cuantitativo; con un diseño no experimental. La población estuvo conformada por 44 representantes de la sociedad civil organizada del presupuesto participativo de la Municipalidad Provincial de Talara; y la muestra quedó conformada por 17 representantes de la sociedad civil organizada, debido que se realizó un proceso de exclusión e inclusión. 27, fueron excluidos, porque solo se escriben en el presupuesto participativo y 17 fueron incluidos, porque se escriben y participan de dicho proceso democrático. La técnica de recojo de datos fue la encuesta y se empleó el cuestionario, dónde se elaboró 21 presuntas para la variable de la Tecnología de la Información y 19 para variable del presupuesto participativo. Se comprobó la existencia de una influencia positiva y media (r= 0,578) de las Tecnologías de la Información en la elaboración del Presupuesto Participativo según los colaboradores en la Municipalidad Provincial de Talara con un 95% de confianza.
