Le centre de cette étude est l'enseignement de la Langue anglaise comme Langue seconde et son rapport avec les aspects socio-historiques et culturels. L'Enseignement d'une langue demande la conception de la langue à partir de la complexité culturelle et historique de la société. Il s'agit de rechercher si le professeur de langue anglaise comme langue seconde donne aux activités de la lecture la signification nécessaire, pour comprendre l'écriture et la langue orale, afin qu'on puisse répondre aux fonctions les plus pertinentes de la langue et les idéaux de la formation de citoyens actifs et conscients. \n \nL'étude a été amené chez les enseignants des écoles privées et il nous a appris que les enseignants d'anglais langue seconde s'appuient dans la grammaire traditionnelle, et ils s'utilisent des exercices et des sujets simplistes et sans le bon contexte; les sujets sont enseignés de façon fragmentée et sans rapport avec la culture et l'histoire. \n \nLa réflexion a été soutenu théoriquement travers Saussure (1959), Bakhtin (1929, 1966, 1993), Lacan (1979), Bloonfield (1967), Possenti (1984), Travaglia (1997), Vygotsky (2001) et autres. \n \nBref, les enseignants développent leurs activités dans la classe sans l'engagement culturel et pédagogique, les activités sont présentées avec des fragilités qui confirment que l'enseignement de l'anglais langue seconde sont absents des attentes d'une éducation critique et capable de contribuer au changement de la société. Cette réflexion tire l'attention des enseignants pour un enseignement qui ne peut pas oublier que la société et la langue sont pleines de culture et d'histoire. \n
