Abstract
Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Lembata dalam hal ini Dinas Koperasi Usaha Kecil dan Menengah, Perindustrian dan Perdagangan tidak melakukan penyusutan terhadap aktiva tetap \nkendaraan bermotor. Permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana perlakuan akuntansi aktiva tetap kendaraan bermotor dengan tujuannya untuk mengetahui sistem dan prosedur akuntansi yang benar terhadap perlakuan akuntansi aktiva tetap kendaraan bermotor dalam penyusunan neraca daerah Kabupaten Lembata. Data yang dipakai adalah data \nkualitatif dan data kuantitatif dengan sumber data sekunder yang dihimpun dan dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan yaitu: (1) Penilaian, \n(2)Pencatatan dan (3) Pelaporan. Hasil dan analisis terhadap penilaian penyusutan aktiva tetap diketahui Nilai Buku \npada setiap periode akuntansi, yakni: (1) NB AT-KB Supra-X pada tahun 2012 sebesar Rp.2.700.000,- Akumulasi Penyusutan sebesar Rp.10.800.000,- (2) NB AT-KB Mobil Pick Up pada tahun 2012 sebesar Rp.48.094.200,- Akumulasi Penyusutan sebesar Rp.72.141.300,- (3) NB AT-KB Mega Pro (2 jenis) pada tahun 2012 sebesar Rp.8.973.200,-Akumulasi Penyusutan sebesar Rp.13.459.800,- (4) NB AT-KB Mega Pro pada tahun 2012 sebesar Rp.8.973.600,-Akumulasi Penyusutan sebesar Rp.13.460.400,- (5) NB AT-KB Mega Pro (2 jenis) pada tahun 2012 sebesar Rp.11.691.160,-Akumulasi Penyusutan sebesar \nRp.10.791.840, sehingga Jumlah NB AT-KB pada tahun 2012 sebesar Rp.101.096.520,-adanya peningkatan Akumulasi Penyusutan sebesar Rp.144.904.980,- sedangkan catatan \nakuntansi Pemerintah Daerah setiap akhir periode nilai aktiva tersebut tetap atau tidak berubah, yakni sebesar Rp.246.001.500,-. Nilai Buku sama dengan Harga Perolehan, karena tidak adanya penyusutan. Berdasarkan penilaian, Pencatatan, dan Pelaporan perlakuan akuntansi aktiva tetap \nkendaraan bermotor pada Dinas Koperindag dapat diharapkan, pencatatan dan penyajian laporan keuangan sesuai dengan Standar Akuntansi Pemerintah (SAP). Dengan demikian, \nPemerintah Daerah segera menetapkan suatu kebijakan berupa produk Peraturan Daerah terhadap perlakuan akuntansi penyusutan aktiva tetap kendaraan bermotor maupun semua \naktiva tetap yang dimiliki, sehingga produk Neraca Pemerintah Daerah yang disajikan benarbenar akurat dan akuntabel.
