Pengaruh Pendekatan Model Intervensi Keluarga Calgary terbadap P'eningkatan Pengetahuan. Sikap, ['Irak-6k Manajcmen Mina clan Derajat Kontrol Asma Anak di Poll Anak RSD. Mardi Waluyo Blitar \nOIeh : Erxli Setiyorini, S.Kep.Ns \nAsma merupakan mengi berulang dan/ batuk persisten yang timbul secara episodik, cenderung pada rnalam hari/ dini hari, musiman, setelah aktifitas fisik, serta terdapat riwayat asma atau atopi lain pada pasien! keluarga. Aseta mcmpcngaruhi konsentrasi anak, aktifitas anak, sosialisasi dan pencapaian prestasi belajar akibat dari absensi sekolah.Data register pasien asma yang berobat di poli anak RSD., Mardi Waluyo Blitar bulan Januari — Juni 2012 , jumlah pasien asma 114 anak, kasus lama yang berobat 'slang sebanyak 57, menunjukkan bahwa as.ma schagian terkontrol dan tidak terkontrol. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh pemberian intervensi keluarga Calgary dalarn manajemen asma tabadap pcningkatan pengetahuan, sikap, praktik dan derajat kontrol asrna anak. \nPenelitian ini menggunakan rancangan quasy eksperiment dengan desain pre dan post test control group design. Sampel penclitian sebanyak 32 orang yang terdiri dari 16 kelompok perlakuan dan 16 kelompok kontrol, sampel diarnbil darn populasi keluarga pasien anak asma yang berobat di Poll Anak RSD. Mardi Waluyo BMAr pada bulan Januari — Juni 2012. Tcknik pengambilan sarnpel purposive sampling pada responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Data yang diarnbil demografi, pengkajian Calgary, pengetahuan, sikap, praktik dan derajat kontrol asma anak. Analisa data menggunakan Wilcoxon Sign Rank Ten dan Mann Wilkie), dengan taraf signifikansi <0,05. Hasil uji statistik Wileoxon Sign Rank Test menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan, sikap. praktik manajemen asma anak dan derajat kontrol asma anak dengan nilai masing-masing pengetahuan p4,001, sikap p-0,001, praktik p-A,001, derajat kontrol asma anak p=0,t106. Intervensi keluarga Calgary efektif meningkatkan pengetahuani sikap, praktik clan derajat kontrol a,sma anak, seclangkan uji Mann Withney menunjukkan Perawat pall anak dapat memfasilitasi kcluarga untuk bckcrjasama dengan Jokier yang merawat anak dalam perencanaan manajemen asrna anak.
