Abstract
Quarter Life Crisis paling banyak ditemui di perguruan tinggi, dengan kata lain banyak dialami oleh mahasiswa, di mana jika pada fase quarter life crisis, mahasiswa kurang mendapatkan dukungan sosial, maka kualitas kesejahteraan psikologis seorang mahasiswa menurun. Semakin tinggi kecenderungan quarter life crisis yang dialami, maka semakin rendah juga kesejahteraan psikologis yang dimiliki. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh quarter life crisis terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis mahasiswa ilmu kesejahteraan sosial. Variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu quarter life crisis (variabel independen) dan kesejahteraan psikologis (variabel dependen). Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis analisis penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Didapatkan hasil skor signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, maka dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara quarter life crisis dengan kesejahteraan psikologis. Hasil nilai uji regresi linear sederhana yang diperoleh adalah -0,327, yang artinya terdapat pengaruh yang bersifat negatif, dimana apabila semakin rendah nilai atau tingkat quarter life crisis, maka semakin tinggi tingkat kesejahteraan psikologis yang dimiliki. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Hipotesis a (Ha) diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara quarter life crisis terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis mahasiswa Ilmu Kesejahteraan Sosial.
