Abstract
INDONESIA: \n \nQuarter life crisis adalah perbuahan emosioanl yang terjadi pada masa perkembangan dari remaja menuju dewasa yang menimbulkan perasaan cemas, khawatir yang dimulai pada usia 20 tahun, ketika akan menyelesaikan atau baru menyelsaikan pendidikan tinggi menuju kehidupan yang sebenarnyaDampak yang dirasakan dari masa krisis ini berbeda pada setiap individu. Individu yang mengalami krisis akan mengalami penuruan kepercayaan diri. \nPada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat quarter life crisis, tingkat kepercayaan diri mahasiswa psikologi UIN Malang, dan apakah terdapat pengaruh quarter life crisis terhdap kepercayaan diri. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini adalah 69 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh quarter life crisis terhadap kepercayaan diri mahasiswa fakultas psikologi UIN Malang tingkat quarter life crisis pada mahasiswa psikologi UIN malang menunjukkan kategori sedang. Sedangkan tingkat kepercayaan diri pada mahasiswa psikologi UIN Malang menunjukkan kategori sedang. \n \n \nENGLISH: \n \nQuarter life crisis is an emotional fruiting that occurs in the developmental period from adolescence to adulthood that causes feelings of anxiety, worry that begins at the age of 20 years, when it will complete or just reconcile higher education to the actual life The impact felt from this crisis period is different in each individual.Individuals experiencing a crisis will experience a decrease in confidence. \nIn this study aims to find out the level of quarter life crisis, the confidence of UIN Malang psychology students, and whether there is an influence of quarter life crisis terhdap confidence.In this study using quantitative approach using descriptive analysis.The number of respondents in this study was 69 respondents.
