Pētījuma mērķis ir noteikt pieaugušo piesaistes saistību ar aleksitīmiju\nslimniekiem ar psihoaktīvo vielu un alkohola atkarību. Pētījumā tiek izmantota\n„Attiecību aptauja” un „Toronto Aleksitīmijas skala” (TAS-20), kā arī darba autores\nsastādīta demogrāfisko datu aptauja.\nPētījumā piedalījās 98 dalībnieki, slimnieki ar psihoaktīvo vielu atkarību\n(n=34), slimnieki ar alkohola atkarību (n=33), kontrolgrupa (n=31).\nPētījuma rezultāti parāda, ka slimniekiem ar psihoaktīvo vielu atkarību pastāv\npozitīva saistība starp izvairīgi bailīgo piesaistes stilu un grūtībām paust emocijas,\npozitīva saistība starp ar attiecībām pārņemto piesaistes stilu un grūtībām paust\nemocijas, kā arī pozitīva saistība starp ar attiecībām pārņemto piesaistes stilu un\nkopējo aleksitīmijas rādītāju. Slimniekiem ar alkohola atkarību pastāv negatīva\nsaistība starp drošo piesaistes stilu un grūtībām paust emocijas, kā arī starp drošo\npiesaistes stilu un kopējo aleksitīmijas rādītāju, negatīva saistība starp drošo piesaistes\nstilu un eksternāli orientētu domāšanu. Kontrolgrupā konstatēta saistība starp izvairīgi\nnoraidošo piesaistes stilu un eksternāli orientētu domāšanu.\nPētījuma dalībnieki no visām grupām neatšķiras pēc piesaistes stiliem, bet tiek\nkonstatēts, ka pastāv statistiski nozīmīgas atšķirības starp šo grupu dalībniekiem visos\naleksitīmijas rādītājos.
