Abstract
Bu ?al??man?n amac? diz osteoartritli hastalar?n tedavisinde konvansiyonel ve akupunktur benzeri Transkutan Elektriksel Sinir Stim?lasyonu (TENS) uygulamas?n?n a?r?, fiziksel fonksiyon ve ya?am kalitesi ?zerine etkilerini ara?t?rmakt?r. Materyal Metod: ?al??maya, Dokuz Eyl?l ?niversitesi T?p Fak?ltesi Fizik Tedavi ve Rehabilitasyon Anabilim Dal? Poliklini?i?ne diz a?r?s? ?ikayeti ile ba?vuran iki yanl? primer diz osteoartriti tan?s? konan 60 hasta al?nd?. Hastalar randomize edilerek iki gruba ayr?ld?. Grup I?de yer alan hastalara 4 Hz frekans ve 200 mikrosaniye (??sn) dalga geni?li?inde akupunktur benzeri TENS, grup II?de yer alan hastalara 70 Hz frekans ve 100 ??sn dalga geni?li?inde konvansiyonel TENS 30 dakika s?reyle uyguland?. Hastalar?n diz a?r?s? 10 cm`lik g?rsel analog skala (VAS) ile, eklem hareket a??kl??? Bulgular: Her iki tedavi grubunda a?r?-VAS, WOMAC a?r?, WOMAC-fiziksel fonksiyon ve SF-36 alt grup skorlar?n?n baz?lar?nda tedavi ?ncesine g?re anlaml? iyile?me saptand? (p<0.05). Diz EHA?da ve WOMAC-eklem tutuklu?unda her iki grupta anlaml? iyile?me saptanmad? (p>0.05). Gruplar aras?nda anlaml? farkl?l?k saptanmad?. Sonu?: Konvansiyonel TENS ve akupunktur benzeri TENS a?r? ve fiziksel fonksiyon ?zerine etkili saptanm??t?r. Diz EHA ?zerine her iki TENS uygulamas?n?n etkisi saptanmam??t?r. Konvansiyonel TENS ve akupunktur benzeri TENS?in birbirine ?st?nl?kleri saptanmam??t?r. The aim of this study is evaluate the effects of conventional transcutaneous electrical nevre stimulation(TENS) and acupuncture-like TENS on pain, physical function, quality of life in patient with knee osteoarthritis. Material Method: Sixty patients who applied to the Dokuz Eyl?l University Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation policlinic with knee pain and diagnosed as primary bilateral knee osteoarthritis were included in the study. Patients were randomly assigned to two groups. Patients in group I recieved the frequency of 4 Hz and the pulse width was set at 200 microseconds(??sn) acupuncture-like TENS, group II recieved the frequency of 70 Hz and the pulse width was set at 100 ??sn conventional TENS. The duration of treatment TENS treatment is 30 minutes. Assesment of knee pain with VAS of 0-10 cm, knee range of motion(ROM) with goniometer, physical function with Turkish form of Western Ontario ve McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis ?ndex (WOMAC), quality of life with Turkish form of Short-Form 36(SF-36) were done before teratment, at three weeks and at six weeks. Findings: Both groups showed significant improvement in pain VAS, WOMAC-pain, WOMAC- physical function and SF-36 subgroup scores compared to baseline (p<0.05). There was no significant improvement in knee ROM and WOMAC-joint stiffness in each treated gorup. There was no significant difference between groups. Results: Conventional TENS and acupuncture-like TENS were effective on pain and physical function. TENS has no effect on knee ROM in both groups. No significant differences between the conventional and acupuncture-like TENS groups were detected.

Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
