Abstract
La presente investigación está desarrollado con el fin de obtener un acercamiento a la construcción del concepto Gobernanza Autonómica, basándose principalmente en el problema del actual modelo de administración pública de la Costa Caribe de Nicaragua, el cual aún no cuenta con términos políticos adecuados que permitan incluir las características principales de esta zona del país, que serían la cultura, costumbres, tradiciones, lenguas, forma de vida, organización política e incluso organización territorial, tomando en cuenta siempre las cosmovisiones de los habitantes. \nParea lograr este acercamiento, el proceso investigativo se desarrolló principalmente bajo una metodología cualitativa, permitiendo conocer de cerca la opinión de funcionarios públicos que trabajan en pro de la Autonomía de los pueblos de las regiones del Caribe nicaragüense, y llegando a conclusiones, sobre cómo se organizan, esto para iniciar con el debate del Concepto Gobernanza autonómica y terminando con la importancia que tendría este para el desarrollo territorial. \nPalabras claves: Autonomía, Gobernanza, Organización Política, Desarrollo y Territorio.
