Abstract
Logistics management in the lemon export process encompasses the planning, coordination and control of activities to ensure an efficient flow to the final customer, including the selection of suppliers, adequate transportation, compliance with phytosanitary regulations and time optimization to ensure the quality and positioning of the company abroad, as well as packaging, storage and customs documentation are crucial to the success of lemon export.The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between logistics management and the export of subtle lemon to Canada of a medium-sized company, Sullana -2023.The methodology used was a descriptive correlational design of the applied, transversal and quantitative type.The sample consisted of 60 collaborators related to logistics management, the questionnaire was applied as an instrument and the results obtained after processing the data is a Rho Spearman value of 0.504 and a p-value 0.05.It is concluded that there is a direct relationship between logistics management and the export of subtle lemon from a medium enterprise in Sullana, 2023.Therefore, actions should be prioritized to carry out activities according to their internal processes, so that this relationship is oriented to the positioning of exports in the foreign market.
