La gestión logística en el proceso de exportación de limón abarca la planificación, coordinación y control de actividades para asegurar un flujo eficiente hacia el cliente final, incluyendo la selección de proveedores, transporte adecuado, cumplimiento de normativas fitosanitarias y como optimización de tiempo para garantizar la calidad y posicionamiento de la empresa en el exterior, así como el embalaje, almacenamiento y documentación aduanera son cruciales para el éxito de exportación de limón.El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la relación que existe entre la Gestión logística y exportación de limón sutil a Canadá de una mediana empresa, Sullana -2023.La metodología usada fue de diseño descriptivo correlacional del tipo aplicada, transversal y cuantitativa.La muestra conformada por 60 colaboradores relacionados a la gestión logística, como instrumento fue aplicado el cuestionario y los resultados obtenidos luego del procesamiento de los datos es un valor Rho Spearman de 0,504 y un p-valor ˂ 0,05.Se concluye que existe relación directa entre la gestión logística y la exportación de limón sutil de una mediana empresa en Sullana, 2023.Por lo tanto se deben priorizar acciones que realicen actividades acordes a sus procesos internos, de tal manera que esa relación este orientada al posicionamiento de exportaciones en el mercado exterior.
