Abstract
-- ABSTRACT: This research essay focuses on the work-family reconciliation of beneficiary attendants. The purpose of this project is to examinate and analyse the work-family/ personal life balance experience of some patient attendants living in Quebec before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. As far as we are aware, only few studies were interested about this subject before the pandemic and the organizations couldn't escape the scarcity of this labour. We're looking forward to understanding how these employees have faced, dealt and still overcoming the difficulties encountered today whether through their own strategies or by practices implemented by the organizations. Was it before and is it possible today to reconcile work family/personal life by exercising this profession or it is just a utopia to think about it? Also, our research aims to answer the following question: The reconciliation work-family/personal life of beneficiary attendants in Quebec: is it a reality or utopia? So, in order to conduct our study in the right way, we decided to use a qualitative method. For our case, we considered the media database by including electronic media, written press, television, etc. The media database helps us to understand the subject of our research and allows us to highlight the tough and difficult working conditions faced by the beneficiary attendants and underline the real lack of family work reconciliation measures for the beneficiaries in Quebec. Therefore, we conclude that reconciling the family-work and personal life of the healthcare personnel refers to work around strategy exercised by themselves and it is a matter of utopia regarding to organizational support. -- Mot(s) clé(s) en anglais : work-family balance, reconciliation/ personal life, beneficiary attendants, work conditions, attraction, retention.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
