Modelo de gestión integral económico financiero para una Asociación Solidarista

Abstract
El objetivo de esta investigación es crear un modelo de análisis de riesgos, que integre los aspectos de crédito, liquidez, operativo, mercado, rendimiento, gobierno corporativo y suficiencia patrimonial, enfocado en Asociaciones Solidaristas, que tenga como función primordial medir la salud financiera y de gestión de riesgos por medio de indicadores financieros y económicos. En la creación del modelo, se realizó un análisis del sector, obteniendo un entendimiento del negocio y los objetivos establecidos en el Ley 6970 de Asociaciones Solidarista, el análisis se concluye con la matriz de riesgos inherentes, la cual toma los riesgos propios del sector junto con los factores marco económicos y macro prudenciales, según lo establece la metodología elaborada por Toronto Center; una vez determinado los principales riesgos inherentes, se crean metodologías de evaluación necesarias para cada uno de los riesgos determinados, usando como base, la metodología establecida por diferentes organismos como Basilea, SUGEF, Instituto de Auditores Internos de España y reconocidos autores Tarsicio Salas, Phillipe Jorion, entre otros, adaptado a las necesidades del sector solidarista. Bajo el trabajo desarrollado se obtiene como resultado, un tablero de indicadores (Ficha Técnica Camels) para Asociaciones Solidaristas; que, para efectos de ejemplificar y realizar el análisis usamos los datos de ASECONFIDENCIAL, donde se determina que, al no ser un tema normativo, la asociación no ha desarrollado todos los modelos necesarios para darle seguimiento a los riesgos inherentes a su operación; que, la herramienta proporcionada, les permitirá ir madurando su sistema de gestión de riesgos. La flexibilidad de la herramienta le permite al lector poder adaptarla a los modelos de gestión de riesgos para cualquier tipo de organización solidarita, sin importar la complejidad de sus operaciones y estructura.
