Fenomena quarter life crisis menjadi salah satu tantangan yang harus
\ndihadapi individu dewasa awal atau masa emerging adulthood salah satunya pada
\nmahasiswa. Quarter life crisis terjadi dalam jangka panjang dapat memiliki
\ndampak negatif terhadap psikologis individunya. Di sisi lain, mindfulness atau
\nlebih sadar terhadap pikiran dan perasaan pada masa sekarang serta tidak terpaku
\npada kejadian masa lalu ataupun masa depan cenderung dapat menjaga kesehatan
\npsikologis individunya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui
\npengaruh mindfulness terhadap quarter life crisis pada mahasiswa di Yogyakarata.
\nPenelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kauntitatif dengan jenis
\npenelitian korelasinal. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 350 orang yang
\ndiperoleh menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Pengambilan data dalam
\npenelitian ini berupa kuesioner online melalui tautan google form yang disebarkan
\noleh peneliti. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Skala Five
\nFacet Mindfulness Questionare (FFMQ-15) dengan nilai koefiesien reliabilitas α=
\n0,786 dan Skala Quarter life crisis dengan nilai koefiesien reliabilitas α= 0,924
\nTeknik analisis data yang dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear
\nsederhana dengan IBM SPSS Statistics 26.
\nHasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh mindfulness
\nterhadap quarter life crisis pada mahasiswa di Yogyakarta dengan nilai koefisien
\nregresi sebesar -0.669 dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 (p>0.05) serta sumbangan
\nefektif yang didapatkan sebesar 0.083 atau 8,3% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi
\noleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
\nKata kunci: mahasiswa, mindfulness, quarter life crisis.
