Abstract
?zellikle 20. y?zy?l?n son ?eyre?inde i?letmeler, performanslar?n? geli?tirme, ?retkenliklerini artt?rma, y?netsel etkinli?i sa?lama, karlar?n? maksimize etme, rekabette ?ne ge?me gibi ama?lara ula?mak i?in de?i?ik yollar aramaya ba?lam??t?r. Hastane ?al??anlar?na, Cameron ve Quinn'in geli?tirdi?i, ?rg?t K?lt?r? De?erlendirme ?l?e?i ve EFQM M?kemmellik Modeli kriterlerini i?eren, yap?land?r?lm?? anket tekni?i uygulanm??t?r. Hastanelerdeki ?rg?t k?lt?r? ve ?rg?t k?lt?r? ile EFQM M?kemmellik Modeli kriterleri aras?ndaki ili?ki irdelenmi?tir. Genel olarak t?m hastanelerde hiyerar?i k?lt?r?n?n ?ne ??kt???, m?kemmellik bile?enleri ile birlikte incelendi?inde ise, istenen ?rg?t k?lt?r? tipinin klan k?lt?r? oldu?u g?r?lm??t?r. Hastanelerin ?rg?t k?lt?r? puanlar? ve m?kemmellik modeli bile?enleri kar??la?t?r?ld???nda, ?zellikle Eski?ehir Do?umevi ile di?er hastaneler aras?nda, istatistiksel olarak anlaml? farkl?l?klar bulunmu?tur. Bunun nedenleri aras?nda Eski?ehir Do?umevi'nin 2001 y?l?ndan beri EFQM M?kemmellik Modelini benimsemi? olmas? say?labilir. Yap?lan analizler sonucu, klan k?lt?r?ne sahip i?letmelerin, daha olumlu bir ?rg?t iklimine ve daha kaliteli bir sisteme sahip olaca??, hiyerar?i k?lt?r?ne sahip i?letmelerin ise m?kemmelli?e daha kolay ula?abilece?i s?ylenebilir. In the last quarter of 20th century, business enterprises began to look for different ways of achieving improved performance, increased productivity, higher managerial effectiveness, profit maximization and competitive advantage. For this, it is important to get to know the organizational culture of the business enterprise and make critical evaluations. In our study, four maternity hospitals with varying properties in terms of administrative structure, number of personnel, management style and philosophy have been examined, two in Izmir, one in Aydin and one in Eskisehir. The personnel of these hospitals have been subjected to a structured interview technique containing EFQM Excellence Model criteria and Organizational Culture Assessment Scale that have been devoloped by Cameron and Quinn. Organizational culture and the relationship between the organizational culture and EFQM Excellence Model criteria at these four hospitals have been studied. It has been observed that in general all the hospitals had a culture of hierarchy and when examined together with the elements of excellence, the desired type of organizational culture was clan culture. When organizational culture scores and elements of excellence model were compared, statistically significant differences were found between, Eskisehir Hospital and the other three hospitals. One of the reasons for this may be the fact that Eskisehir Hospital had adopted EFQM Excellence Model in 2001. As a result of the analysis performed, it may be concluded that the enterprises that have clan culture are likely to achieve a more positive organizational culture and a system of higher quality whereas those that have culture of hierarchy are likely to achieve excellence more easily.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
