Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Problem statement. The end of the 20th − the first quarter of the 21st century turned out to be associated on the planet with global crises in economics and politics, in social processes and demography, in science and in worldview paradigms, in the psychosphere, in nature, in regional and planetary ecosystems, in engineering and technical spheres, in architecture and urban planning, as well as in many other manifestations of the physical world. On a philosophical level, the very idea of duality and other models of multipolarity of the world order came under fire from scientists, politicians, economists, theologians, and atheists. The norms and rules of life generally accepted by peoples began to collapse. Gnosis as such has exploded again, as it has happened many times in history. This is realized by everyone who thinks critically and constructively. People who live in resonance with time and space have long been looking for a way out of the problems that have arisen. In every field of knowledge, the search has its own nuance and is conducted according to its own rules, which in many positions cease to work. Everything changes. History once again puts on the agenda its eternal question: what to do? It is also directly related to urban planning. Due to the lack of works that summarize and analyze the changes taking place, offer methods for overcoming the illusion of “hopelessness”, cities have begun to turn into “theaters of errors” and “plays of creative dead ends”. It is also directly related to urban planning. Due to the lack of works that summarize and analyze the changes taking place, offer methods for overcoming the illusion of “hopelessness” and “hopelessness”, cities have begun to turn into “theaters of errors” and “plays of creative dead ends”. This is visible at the global, national, and regional levels, as well as on the scale of individual large cities. Among them is Dnipro. Objective and subjective views on cities are again undergoing transformations. Including their residential functional zones. The purpose of the article is to reveal approaches to the transformation of residential areas of cities at the modern stage of urban planning history.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
