Abstract
« L’examen de la littérature présenté dans ce rapport de recherche s’inscrit dans le cadre du projet intitulé « Intégration de la diversité ethnoculturelle au sein de petites et moyennes entreprises : une adaptation aux parcours des personnes étudiantes issues de l’immigration réalisant des stages coop universitaires ». Ce projet répond à des préoccupations actuelles partagées par les acteurs du marché du travail, le Service des stages et du développement professionnel (SSDP), ainsi que par une équipe de personnes chercheures de la Faculté d’éducation de l’Université de Sherbrooke. Il vise d’abord à identifier les obstacles et les leviers rencontrés à différentes étapes du parcours en entreprise — du recrutement à l’intégration — pour les personnes stagiaires et employées issues de l’immigration. Ensuite, il a pour objectif de cerner les besoins de formation des petites et moyennes entreprises en matière d’amélioration du recrutement, de l’accueil et de l’intégration d’une main-d’œuvre diversifiée. Enfin, à terme, il s’agit de concevoir des outils concrets de formation et d’accompagnement facilitant l’intégration des personnes stagiaires et des nouvelles personnes employées issues de l’immigration.
