This study aimed to promote the recycling of waste glass in the construction industry while enhancing and stabilizing the quality of foamed cement banking (FCB) .As they had proposed previously, the authors conducted indoor mix tests and trial construction of FCB using waste glass cullet (GC-FCB) .The quality of various GC-FCB specimens was assessed using X-ray CT image analysis, and their long-term strengths were evaluated over a period of 1,080 days.Key findings drawn from this study include the following.1) GC-FCB demonstrated superior unconfined compression strength than FCB using natural sand; 2) the unconfined compression strength of GC-FCB was highly dependent on its wet density, making precise wet density control essential during construction; 3) the thickness of a single placed layer of GC-FCB should be limited to no more than 1 m, consistent with standard FCB practices; and 4) the unconfined compression strength of GC-FCB continued to increase for up to 720 days.
