Мақалада еріктілердің азаматтық қоғамның орнықты дамуына және қоғамдық игіліктерді қамтамасыз етуге бағытталған ақысыз негіздегі қызметінің мазмұны мен әлеуметтік рөлі теориялық тұрғыда негізделеді. Қазақстан Республикасындағы волонтерлік қызметтің институционалдық-құқықтық негіздері, соның ішінде 2016 жылғы «Волонтерлік қызмет туралы» Заңның негізгі нормалары мен олардың қоғамдық қатынастарды реттеудегі рөлі кешенді түрде талданады.
