Abstract
Penelitian ini berangkat dari permasalahan krusial terkait pengelolaan sampah di Jakarta yangmasih mengalami minimnya keterlibatan aktif masyarakat. Di sinilah peran komunikasi persuasifbank sampah untuk dapat membangun partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah. Salah satubank sampah yang melakukan komunikasi persuasif tersebut adalah Bank Sampah Gunung Emas.Penelitian ini menggunakan teori integrasi informasi dan teori difusi inovasi. Pendekatan yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan metodepenelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi nonpartisipan, wawancaraterstruktur, studi pustaka, dokumentasi, dan internet. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwastrategi komunikasi persuasif yang diterapkan oleh Bank Sampah Gunung Emas meliputimenentukan secara spesifik tujuan komunikasi, mengenali siapa saja kelompok sasaran, merancangstrategi komunikasi persuasif yang tepat dan memilih metode persuasi yang relevan. Bank SampahGunung Emas mengoptimalkan pendekatan emosional, edukatif, serta mengedepankan nilaiekonomi dan keberlanjutan untuk membentuk sikap dan perilaku masyarakat. Kesimpulannyaadalah strategi komunikasi persuasif yang dijalankan Bank Sampah Gunung Emas terbuktidirancang secara sistematis, adaptif, serta disesuaikan dengan kondisi sosial dan ekonomimasyarakat, selain itiu Strategi komunikasi persuasif Bank Sampah Gunung Emas bersifatkombinatif dengan memadukan edukasi, partisipasi aktif, dan pemberian insentif dan motivasimasyarakat dalam berpartisipasi mengalami perkembangan signifikan, dari faktor ekonomis tumbuhmenjadi kepedulian terhadap kebersihan lingkungan serta penguatan relasi sosial antarwarga.Kata kunci: Strategi Komunikasi Persuasif, Bank Sampah Gunung Emas, PartisipasiMasyarakat.
