El presente proyecto aplicado empresarial tiene como propósito desarrollar el plan de negocio para el emprendimiento ENJOY, este se desarrolla con la finalidad de analizar la viabilidad de constituir una empresa dedicada a la venta de batidos y alimentos funcionales en la ciudad de Bogotá. Actualmente las poblaciones jóvenes de Latinoamérica son más conscientes de los beneficios que trae consigo el ejercicio y la buena alimentación, Enjoy busca alinearse con estas tendencias, ofreciendo productos funcionales con beneficios claros para sus clientes, una experiencia distinta a lo que ofrece el mercado actualmente, además de crear una grata experiencia entorno al consumo de productos agradables al paladar sin dejar de lado la funcionalidad. Se espera concretar el proyecto con una inversión aproximada de noventa millones de pesos colombianos e iniciar su operación entre el año 2021 y 2022, previendo la culminación de la emergencia sanitaria actual, a causa del SARS-COV2 COVID-19. El presente documento busca analizar la mayor cantidad de aspectos relevantes para el tipo de negocio propuesto, reduciendo así significativamente los riesgos implícitos en la creación y desarrollo de cualquier emprendimiento.
