Abstract
Section on On page 3-6 Lisa Umphrey is one terrific lady! As a second year pediatrics resident at the University of Wisconsin Lisa spent a month in rural Uganda and got the ‘bug’. She saw a need and knew she could make a difference and what a difference she has made. She looked at a problem many of us have experienced. But she developed a means to solve it. Lisa is an example for all of us and has set the bar high. On page 2 New SOICH Executive Committee Members: Our members have spoken and have elected Linda Arnold as our new Chairperson to replace the very able and committed Jonathan Spector who just had a new addition to his household: Lulah “Lulu ” Emme Spector. We welcome the two new members of the Executive Committee: Kevin Chan from Toronto, Canada and Parmi Suchdev from the CDC in Atlanta GA. On page 14 The Social Determinants of Health: Unequal distribution of resources is an underlying or fundamental cause of morbidity and mortality. We as physicians are inundated with the line of patients waiting to be seen; the draining ear, the cough. In our goings we need to step back and determine why the lines are so long. Full frame distilled prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
