Abstract
La présente analyse de besoins a été réalisée lors de la phase initiale du projet de la Fabrique de ressources éducatives libres (fabriqueREL), un projet qui a été présenté par l’Université de Sherbrooke au ministère de l’Éducation et de l’Enseignement Supérieur (MÉÉS) dans le cadre de l’appel de projets lié au Plan d'action numérique. Il est conjointement réalisé avec l’Université Laval et l’Université de Montréal. En 2019, la fabriqueREL souhaite avoir un portrait de la situation actuelle de l’utilisation/création de REL dans le milieu universitaire francophone québécois afin d'orienter ses actions. Ainsi, l’analyse des besoins a permis d’émettre un diagnostic stratégique en lien avec quatre objectifs liés aux REL dans le milieu universitaire québécois : Comprendre les pratiques et les postures des enseignantes et enseignants en lien avec les REL; Découvrir les besoins en REL des enseignantes et enseignants; Connaitre les besoins des enseignantes et enseignants en ce qui a trait à la conception et la production de REL ; Positionner de manière stratégique la Fabrique sur le marché des REL francophones.
