Objetivo: Verificar numa abordagem preliminar, os efeitos do uso de 03 géis Florais Frequenciais Quantum Health®: Mentalis®, Calmallis® e Oxyflower®, sobre o quadro clínico de duas crianças com Microcefalia por Zika vírus. Relato de casos: As crianças foram atendidas no Programa de Atenção Integrada para Bebês com Microecefalia do UNIPÊ, João Pessoa-PB. Como critérios de avaliação foram considerados a observação das mães, os resultados da Escala de Ashworth, que avalia a espasticidade, validada e confiável na mensuração do aumento do tônus em pacientes neurológicos, e da Escala de Desenvolvimento Motor Infantil de Alberta (AIMS), para monitorar a evolução do tratamento de crianças com riscos de alterações motoras. Resultados: Segundo o relato das mães, as crianças apresentaram um sono melhor, maior relaxamento, tranquilidade, menos secreção, rigidez, o que as manteve satisfeitas com o uso dos florais. Na avaliação profissional, ambas as crianças apresentaram melhora na motricidade e nas habilidades, na função respiratória com menos ausculta pulmonar e melhora na espasticidade. Conclusão: O uso de essências florais de ação quântica contribuiu na melhoria do quadro clínico das duas crianças com microcefalia.
