Contamination des étangs piscicoles par les pesticides organochlorés: cas de Natio-Kobadara (Korhogo)

Abstract
La présente étude a évalué l'état de contamination des étangs piscicoles de Natio-Kobadara, dans la région de Korhogo (nord de la Côte d'Ivoire), à partir d'échantillons prélevés dans l'eau, les sédiments, les poissons et les aliments pour poissons. Ces échantillons ont été analysés par chromatographie en phase gazeuse sur colonne capillaire avec détecteur à capture d'électrons (ECO) afin de détecter des résidus de pesticides organochlorés, et les paramètres physico-chimiques de l'eau ont également été mesurés. Les résultats physico-chimiques se sont révélés conformes aux normes EPA pour la vie aquatique. L'analyse chromatographique a mis en évidence trois principaux groupes de pesticides : l'hexachlorocyclohexane (alpha-, beta-, epsilon- et delta-HCH), le DDT et ses dérivés (lindane, PP-DDT, OP-DDT, PP-DDD, OP-DDD) et les cyclodiènes (aldrin, endrin, methoxychlor, trans-chlordane, endosulfan alpha et beta). Parmi ces résidus, l'endosulfan du groupe des cyclodiènes affichait les concentrations les plus élevées (0,0027 à 0,8038 mg/L), suivi du DDT et de ses dérivés (0,0001 à 0,3307 mg/L), avec des concentrations maximales retrouvées dans les aliments pour poissons, puis dans les sédiments. Les niveaux de résidus détectés dans les poissons dépassent les limites maximales de résidus (LMR) fixées par le Codex Alimentarius, soit 0,01 mg/kg.
